The first (of two) Real Herbalism Radio podcast has just aired, and in it we delve into the Lung Tonic, Sinus, and Allergy gardens in my new book Grow Your Own Herbal Medicine. With dish it out, talking about favorite wild and cultivated lung tonics including mullein, marshmallow, wild cherry bark, and horehound. We share solutions for dealing with allergies and respiratory infections, as well as the lung irritation that results from forest fires (unfortunately very common in the Pacific Northwest in summertime).
